Transcendence
TRANSCENDENCE: Making meaning, finding peace, and ultimately releasing the body
Whole-person support for cancer, serious illness, and the end of life.
Transcendence walks beside families in the space between holding on and letting go.

Who it's for
Transcendence serves people living with cancer or serious illness and those approaching the end of life, along with the families and caregivers who love them. We also partner with hospitals, oncology and palliative-care teams, and hospices to bring Transcendence practitioners into existing care.
Healing, even when curing is no longer possible
Dying is not only a medical event. It is a deeply human passage, and it deserves to be held gently. Transcendence creates space for the conversations, memories, and moments of peace that matter most, for the person and for everyone who loves them.

Our Mission
Transcendence brings a whole-person approach to serious illness, cancer, and the end of life by creating space for life review, storytelling, reconciliation, meaning, forgiveness, legacy, and connection.

We believe healing remains possible even when curing the body is no longer possible.

Through guided reflection and meaningful conversations with individuals and families, we help people explore the life they have lived, the relationships that have shaped them, the wounds they still carry, the love they want to express, and the legacy they want to leave behind.

Our hope is to help people approach the end of life with greater peace, dignity, connection, awe, and meaning.

What We Offer
Life Review, Story & Legacy Work
Guided conversations that allow individuals to reflect on their lives, relationships, meaningful experiences, accomplishments, regrets, unresolved pain, and what matters most as the end of life approaches, while helping them preserve memories, share stories, communicate messages of love, and create a meaningful legacy for their families.
Family Connection & Reconciliation
Creating opportunities for important conversations, forgiveness, expression, and connection when the individual desires them.
Comfort-Focused Bodywork
Gentle, appropriate touch and body-based support intended to promote relaxation, comfort, body awareness, and ease alongside the person’s medical and palliative care.
Energy & Relaxation Practices
Complementary practices focused on relaxation, presence, comfort, and emotional or spiritual support, not treatment of the underlying disease.
Hospice, Hospital & Cancer-Care Partnerships
Bringing Transcendence practitioners into existing healthcare, oncology, palliative-care, and hospice environments as a complement to medical care.
Family & Caregiver Support
Helping loved ones navigate the emotional and relational experience of accompanying someone through serious illness and dying.
OUR GOAL:
When curing the body is no longer possible, healing, connection, meaning, and peace still matter.

Scope of Care
Transcendence is offered alongside, never in place of, medical, palliative, and hospice care. Our energy and relaxation practices support comfort, presence, and emotional or spiritual well-being; they are not a treatment for the underlying disease.
Our Vision
We envision a culture in which dying is understood not solely as a medical event, but as a deeply human experience.

We want conversations about life, death, regret, forgiveness, love, family, and legacy to begin before the final moments of life. We envision end-of-life care that honors the emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual experiences of each person alongside their medical needs.
We want families to move beyond estate planning alone toward story building: preserving memories, passing on messages of love, healing generational wounds when possible, and creating legacies that continue long after a life has ended.
