Braincore

CONNECTION: Learning to inhabit and trust the body

The body learns first. The mind follows.

Movement-based learning that helps children build stronger connections between their bodies and brains, so they can focus, regulate, learn, and shine.

STRONGER BODIES. STRONGER BRAINS. STRONGER KIDS.

Who it's for

Braincore serves children and youth in grades K–12, with programming currently designed for elementary-aged children. We also equip the adults in children’s lives (educators, coaches, youth-program staff, and families) with simple tools that support movement, regulation, and confidence.

Why movement matters

Every child’s body is already trying to tell us something. Some children fidget, some freeze, some tumble, and some pull away. Braincore teaches the adults in a child’s life how to listen, and gives children the movement experiences that help them feel steady, capable, and ready to learn.

Our Mission

Braincore helps children build stronger connections between their bodies and brains through movement, play, sensory experiences, and purposeful physical activity.

By strengthening foundational motor skills such as balance, coordination, core strength, body awareness, and movement confidence, we create opportunities for children to develop the physical foundations that support attention, self-regulation, learning, confidence, and connection, both inside and outside the classroom.

Our Vision

We envision schools and communities where movement is recognized as an essential part of childhood development, and every child is given opportunities to learn through the body.

Our vision is to expand Braincore into schools, after-school programs, and community organizations so that children of all abilities have greater access to movement experiences that help them regulate, learn, connect, and shine.
